Terms of service
These terms govern purchases from https://dropsofgrowth.com and use of the Drops of Growth online store. Read them with our Privacy Policy, Returns Exchanges and Refunds Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy before placing an order.

2 Ordering and eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase under the law applicable to you, or act through an authorized parent, guardian or representative. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Select products and quantities, review your cart, enter delivery details, review the final price and these policies, and submit your order. You can correct the information before submission. Contact us promptly if you discover an error afterwards.
We confirm accepted orders electronically and provide an invoice or order record. Payment authorization alone does not guarantee product availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the issue and refund any amount collected for the cancelled items. We will not substitute products or increase an accepted price without your agreement.
3 Prices payments and offers
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, normally Kuwaiti dinars. Delivery charges, any taxes collected by us and the total amount payable are disclosed before you confirm the purchase. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
Delivery charges reflect the destination, shipment and applicable carrier or market rates. A later rate change does not increase the agreed charge for an accepted order without your consent. For GCC imports, any duties or taxes payable separately on arrival are identified as such before purchase.
Promotional prices apply within their stated conditions, dates and availability. Discounted products retain applicable consumer rights. If we discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancellation and refund, subject to your legal rights.
4 Product information and use
We sell haircare and cosmetic products, including oils, creams, toners and related items offered on the website. Check the product description, ingredients, quantity, warnings and directions before purchase. Product-specific information forms part of the purchase.
Follow the label and storage instructions. Products marked for external use must not be swallowed. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where needed. An individual sensitivity is assessed on its circumstances and does not remove rights relating to defects, misleading descriptions or inadequate warnings.
Results can vary with hair type, routine and other individual factors. Cosmetic products are not presented as substitutes for diagnosis or medical treatment. Natural variations in colour, scent or texture do not by themselves establish a defect, but this does not excuse contamination, expiry, damage or failure to match the description.
5 Delivery and responsibility
Standard delivery is normally 2 to 3 calendar days within Kuwait and up to 7 business days to the other GCC destinations available at checkout, counted from order confirmation and any required payment approval. These estimates include normal processing. Specific exceptions disclosed before purchase take precedence.
We remain responsible for the order until it is delivered to you or a person you authorize, subject to mandatory law. Report missing or damaged deliveries to us so we can resolve the matter with the carrier. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy explains delays, address changes and customs arrangements.
6 Cancellations returns and refunds
Our Returns Exchanges and Refunds Policy sets out the 14-day return request period, the conditions for unopened cosmetics, and the remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect products. Opened-product hygiene restrictions apply to change-of-mind returns only to the extent permitted by law.
Request cancellation promptly before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies, without limiting any statutory cancellation right. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove consumer rights because an item was discounted.
7 Accounts website use and content
Keep account access details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store or comply with law, without withholding refunds or remedies legally due.
The brand, photographs, designs and text on the website belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. Personal shopping use does not grant a right to reproduce them commercially. If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it with the name you provide; we will not materially misrepresent its meaning.
8 Rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer protections, product-safety duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our use of a payment provider, platform or carrier does not remove our obligations as seller.
We are not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse contrary to clear product instructions or by inaccurate information supplied by you, to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for our own fault, an unsafe or defective product, or a misleading statement.
9 Complaints law and language
Contact info@dropsofgrowth.com with your order number and concern. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and explain the next steps. You remain free to contact Kuwait’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry or another competent authority, including through the Ministry’s consumer complaint number 135.
Kuwaiti law governs these terms and the competent Kuwaiti courts may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules applicable in your country. The Arabic and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. If they differ, Arabic prevails to the extent permitted by law, without removing a mandatory right or an enforceable promise made to you.
Future changes apply from their published date and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to accepted orders. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
